Gigi's Story
Gigi is everything!! She’s absolutely gorgeous, a torbie calico tuxedo, a combination of brown tabby and red tabby with a white bib and gloves. Her vivid light green eyes are tilted with an exotic look. Born about August 2024, she’s become a sleek gazelle.
She’s still very much a kitten...has boundless energy, and like most cats probably will until about age 3 years. She gallops around her foster home with another kitty, flying up and down stairs, enjoying fresh air at the windows, and playing with toys. She respects the boundaries of the other two older cats.
She will do best in a home where someone is usually home and gives her plenty of attention, and/or would enjoy having another cat or two to pal around with who would welcome a friend and playmate. Solitude would not be her idea of a good time, and the boredom would likely get her into trouble.
Gigi was found loose in a neighborhood at age 6 months. A foster parent took her, but things got a bit complicated when she tested positive for feline leukemia. Her foster parents spent as much time with her in her room as possible, she had lots of toys and a radio, but 3 months of too much time alone wasn’t easy for an energetic kitten. She got lucky again and got to move to a large home with other positive cats, and she is loving being with them and her foster parents. She uses a scratching post, allows her claws to be trimmed, and enjoys short cuddling and nuzzling sessions. Like many cats, she will squirm or nip slightly to let you know if she’s getting overstimulated and needs less attention for a bit.
If you’re charmed by Gigi’s info, and if she, you and your home seem compatible, please fill out and submit an application. She’s waiting to charm the right person for the rest of her life.
