Hello! My name is Gideon.<br/><br/> I was in a home with my best friend, which believe it or not was a female dog, but our owner was unable to keep us. We ended up at the shelter but upon arrival she went to the dog kennels and I went to the cat room. We haven't seen each other for several days. I heard from the other cats that my best friend got adopted today so I am here at the shelter with a bunch of strange cats and dogs.<br/><br/> I would love to get out of this place and make a new friend....even if it is another dog.

North Kansas City Animal Control's Adoption Policy

All animals adopted from North Kansas City Animal Control are spayed or neutered, have all of their first round vaccinations (boosters not included), and a rabies certificate. All of our animals are tested for Heart Worms or Feline Leukemia. Adoption fees are $105.00 for canines and $95 for felines and includes everything above.
