Georgina's Story
Georgina was surrendered to us because she was bullying the other cats in the home. She does okay with dogs according to her former owner. We are not sure how she is with children, but she is definitely a cat with boundaries that she wants respected, and she wants attention on her terms, so a house without young children would likely be best. Georgina originally seemed to despise other cats when arriving here and for several months. However, now with her being our longest resident, she has had some sort of epiphany that perhaps other cats aren't the worst thing in this world. She has turned over a new leaf, and is now happily coexisting with other cats in one of our community rooms!

Georgina has been vaccinated, wormed, spayed/neutered and tested negative for FELV/FIV which is all included in the adoption fee. If you would like to adopt this cat, you must come into the shelter for a meet and greet. We are open 12-4. (Closed Mondays & Wednesdays) All cats must leave the shelter in a carrier. If you do not bring one with you, one must be purchased at the shelter if available for $6.
