Georgie is a sweetheart who is, lets just say, "Big Boned". He is a big boy who needs to lose some weight. He was left alone for a while in his home after his previous owner passed away. He was probably stress eating and let himself go. With proper diet he could be right back on track. He is also a tripod, but that doesn't stop him from getting around just fine.
