Hello World, meet George!<br/><br/>This incredibly handsome, classic-looking black kitten came to Salty Paws as a stray, so we don't know much about his backstory.<br/><br/>He is quickly acclimating to his foster home and loving being inside, safe and warm. He can be a little shy until he knows you are going to be kind to him and then he loves, loves pets, playing, toys and most especially hanging out with his other cat and kitten pals.<br/><br/>If you love black cats as much as we do, our little George is going to be a stunner. He should do great in any cat-centric, kind indoor home and could be a great friend to an existing cat/kitten looking for a friend, we can pair him up with another kitten in our program; or he can be your spoiled one-and-only.<br/><br/>George is about 3-4 months old, weighs in at 5 lbs., is neutered, fully vaccinated and FIV/Leukemia negative. He has impeccable litter box habits and is a neat and clean little dude.<br/><br/>Black cats (especially the boys) have a hard time getting adopted because they are plentiful, but we think George is a paw-some original who will make someone VERY happy. Salty Paws of the Lowcountry's Adoption Policy
For the safety of the animals, we are very careful in who we adopt to. We require the following: 1) a thorough adoption application; 2) a “meet and greet” with all members of a potential family and the adoptable animal; 3) a home check; 4) an adoption contract; and 5) an adoption donation fee ($100 kittens/puppies up to a year; $75 cats/dogs up to 10 years; $50 cats/dogs 10+).
