George's Story
George is super senior that is much more suited for a Netflix 'n chill night than a wild party. George is totally blind but it really hasn't slowed him down. He uses his other spidey senses to get around with ease. Because of his blindness, George would thrive in an environment that is fairly routine and doesn't have a lot of big surprises. He trusts his human fully & will follow them around, especially if food is involved. George is a big fan of snacks! However, small kids are best suited for someone else, in George's opinion. Their loud noises & grabby hands can easily overwhelm George & he let's folks know it. Older tweens/teenagers who want to park it on their phones or in front of another screen (or book) to zone out would be fine. George will likely want to snuggle up next to them, provided they provide head scritches periodically. George also would prefer to be a solo cat. Because he is blind, other animals invading his personal space can also quickly overwhelm him. Who can blame him - no one likes surprise inspections or sneak attacks!

George has a lot of confidence and adjusts to new environments fairly quickly. He knows kindness when he sees it & will in turn purr loudly to show his appreciation. George wears his heart on his "sleeve" and won't make you jump thru hoops to win his heart. He will occasionally ghost you. Whenever he is done hanging out, he quietly exits in favor of his own space. Don't take it personally. He has been a bachelor for a long time.

If you're looking for a calm, chill, easy-going senior who wants to share your love and your snacks, George is your man!

To buy a gift from their Holiday Wish List visit: https://linktr.ee/wiggleswayrescue

--------------

Wiggles Way Rescue does not guarantee that any animal is housebroken nor crate trained.
