Geneva's Story

Meet Geneva!

Geneva came to us in November of 2025. A caretaker of a feral colony took care of her for several months, knowing that she had special needs in regard to hind limb paralysis. As the weather began to get colder, her caretaker was concerned she would not make it during the winter storm. That is when we decided to step in.

Geneva is paralyzed from the waist down, but does have nerve pain in her legs. She gets expressed every 4-6 hours and does well with those. She is super fast and can climb up on couches, cat trees, and so nothing slows her down! It is believed that she may have a spinal injury.

She has been fully vetted and vaccinated and we would love to find her a home that truly understands her needs. To apply for this special girl, you can go to www.furreveraftercats.org/adoptions to fill out an application!
