Garland's Story

Meet Garland!

Garland is a 5-year-old brown tabby with a stunning, soft, long coat that's as beautiful as his heart. When he first arrived at the shelter, this sweet boy was a bit scared and unsure, but with patience and care, he's starting to come out of his shell. Garland may need some time to adjust to a new home, but once he feels safe and comfortable, you'll see his true, gentle nature shine through.

Garland is a shy, sensitive soul who will thrive in a calm and loving environment where he can take things at his own pace. While he's still learning to trust, he's already making great strides, and with a little extra TLC, he'll blossom into the affectionate companion he's meant to be.

If you're looking for a beautiful, thoughtful cat who just needs some time and patience, Garland could be the perfect match. He's a special boy who's ready to show his love to the right person. Are you the one to give him the forever home he deserves? Come meet him at the Animal Protective League, located at 1001 Taintor Road in Springfield. We are open every day from noon to 5 p.m.
