Garfield

Garfield was barely surviving on the streets of Philadelphia when one of our fosters found and rescued him. She was not sure about his personality but knew she had to take a chance on him. Once trapped and taken into her garage Cat Catio, she was able to spend time with him and it was very apparent he was not feral at all. Unfortunately, he had a huge gash that needed medical attention and was flea infested. Cat Tales immediately got Garfield into the vet for treatment. <br/><br/>During the first few weeks, Garfield was very scared but remained super sweet. Knowing he could not go back to the harsh streets, he was neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped then he was acclimated inside his foster’s home, where he really enjoys his new life. According to his foster mom, he is still cautious, but warms up once he gets to know you! Garfield is looking for someone who understands his situation and has patience to allow him time to trust.
