Galloway's Story
Galloway is just over 4 months old. Her and her sister Yonkers were found hiding from the rain under a car in Philadelphia just days after being born. At just a few weeks old, they were already mastering things like how to eat and use the litter box without making a terrible mess. Nowadays, they are pros at both! For the longest time, we thought Galloway was boy. She has all the tell-tale signs of being a boy, and even the vet was surprised to find out that she is a beautiful, rare, orange and white fluffy GIRL! Galloway is definitely more timid and shy than her sister, but she is starting to come out of her shell. She LOVES helping when it comes time to scoop the litter box, but might get distracted and climb up your back when you bend down to scoop. She is also a bit clumsy and might wobble or tumble while she is still getting used to her leg strength. She is super cuddly and loves to be picked up and held. She will melt right in your arms and won’t be able to control her purrs. She just recently was introduced to our resident cats and dog, and she is slowly starting to gravitate toward our sweet girl Harley. Our dog is tiny but has a big bark, and Galloway still isn’t super comfortable around all his noise.

Galloway doesn’t like to venture too far away from her sister Yonkers, so we would prefer that they be adopted together. Exceptions will be made under the right circumstances, but everyone knows the only thing better than a new kitten at home is TWO new kittens at home! This bonded pair loves to wrestle, sleep, cuddle, and even eat together. Please message us for more information about this lovely girl!

Interested in adopting Galloway?
