Gaia's Story

Meet Gaia — a plus-sized tortoiseshell tornado born (estimate) on 04/12/24, give or take a few dramatic meows. Adopted as a kitten but returned when her owner became ill, she’s a professional mischief-maker and part-time chaos coordinator, specializing in spring toys, shiny crinkly things, and the utter destruction of scratch posts everywhere.

When Gaia plays, it’s a full Broadway performance — toys flying, pounces timed to perfection, and interpretive dance moves that will leave you wondering if she’s possessed by a very tiny ballerina. Curiosity is her middle name, and in her world, everything — yes, everything — is a toy (including your shoelaces, plants, and probably your dignity).

Her purr is pure magic — the kind of soothing sound that could de-stress a tax auditor. She gets along with other cats... mostly. Just as long as they don’t invade her personal bubble, then they get a polite “hiss and dismiss.” With a slow introduction, she’ll warm up just fine.

She’s also met a large dog, whom she tolerates with the patience of a queen forced to share her throne with a peasant. Again, a hiss, a glare, and a dramatic exit — standard protocol.

If you’re searching for a sassy, spunky, and heart-meltingly affectionate feline, Gaia is your gal — equal parts diva and delight!
She is spayed, up to date on her vaccines, dewormed and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $100
