Fuzzy's Story

Fuzzy is 1 and a half year old, gray and white, mediumhair, spayed female cat.

Fuzzy is very affectionate and loves to happily roll around at her foster parents’ feet. She is a confident, sweet girl who can’t get enough love and attention! She enjoys receive pets or brushing from her foster family! She doesn’t like nail trims, but is starting to come around to the idea.

She is unsure about being held or carried and would rather be held in your lap. She likes the freedom to walk around with people. Currently, she prefers to get lots of attention by walking up to her foster parents and laying on the floor near people. She likes to roll around on the floor to get lots of petting. She snuggles in her own way.

Fuzzy has typical energy levels of a young cat. She is very curious, which keeps her moving and she loves to follow her foster family around the home. She doesn’t seem to be very interested in typical cat toys or playing yet. She really enjoys climbing on the cat trees and snuggling up in her cat tent to nap. She may become more playful as she gets familiar in her forever home.

Fuzzy is confident and will watch from a distance if she is not sure about new things, like the Roomba in her foster home.

Fuzzy took a few days to feel comfortable sharing a space with her foster cat companion, Tippy. After warming up, she now shares the space respectfully. She may do well with another friendly cat after a gradual introduction.

She has not met any dogs in her foster home. However, she is unfazed at the sounds and smells of the dogs in her foster home. She may do well with a cat- friendly dog after a gradual introduction.

Also, she is very comfortable around the kids in her foster home, ages 7 & 11. She loves getting pets and attention from them just as much!

Fuzzy would love a home where she will be showered with affection. She would prefer a space with cozy hideaways and places to explore or climb. Fuzzy would make an excellent companion for an individual looking for a best friend to brush and love on every day or a family with lots of opportunities to spend time with her.

Her adoption fee is $200.

All cats and kittens are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, tested for FIV&felv, and have been treated for parasites.

- - - -

If you are interested in applying for one of our cats, please send us an inquiry through Petfinder or email us at:
ballots@fairpoint.net

Please do not call our hotline about these cat as email works best.

———-
PAR volunteers accept applications and upon pre-approval, a PAR volunteer will facilitate the visit with the adoptable cat.

We do not do visits unless the application has been pre-approved first.

Please watch our FaceBook page for adoption event postings happening at the PetSmart in Sunrise Village, Puyallup.
