Frosty and his brother Bell are friendly, playful and sweet. If you do not hear back from us, feel free to email us at adopt@midwestpetrefuge.com Currently all our dogs are in foster homes. If you'd like to meet one, please complete an application and a meeting will be set up once you are approved. Most of our cats are located at Cat Tales, 601 N Charles St. Portland, IN.
