He is a loyal companion who genuinely dislikes being alone, so he's searching for a home where his people are around most of the time to keep him company and shower him with the focus he craves. Frogger is ready to be the undisputed "King of the Castle" and is looking to be the only pet in his new home. While he's a total charmer, he can get a little jealous when other animals steal his spotlight, so he'll be happiest as your one-and-only--no other cats or dogs for this big guy! While Frogger can be affectionate, it is on his terms and only when he feels safe and comfortable with you. He is looking for an experienced cat owner who can read his cues and respect his boundaries. If there are youngsters in the home, they should be cat-savvy teens over the age of 12. Safety and health are top priorities for this handsome lad! Frogger is a bit of a "door-dasher," so his new family will need to be mindful of exits to keep him safe and sound inside. Since he is a big boy, his family should be committed to a healthy diet to manage his weight and be comfortable lifting a 20-pound carrier for his vet visits.
