Luck was on their side! Frodo quickly won hearts with his jaunty hops at toys, pointy chin, and adorable little chirps. He’s a true friend to cats and people alike—the adult cats in his foster home adore him, grooming and playing tag with him.<br/><br/>Independent yet affectionate, Frodo loves cuddles but isn’t clingy. He’s playful, inquisitive, and full of quirky charm (his foster parents say he reminds them of the cat from the cartoon Flow).
