Friday's Story

Friday is just shy of 6 months old and is about as sweet as they come. He absolutely loves people and doesn't take long to show it. The second you pick him up; he turns into a little purr factory and is more than happy to soak up all the attention you want to give him.<br/>Of course, Friday is still very much a kitten, so he has plenty of exploring, playing and getting into things he probably shouldn't be doing on his agenda. He is curious about everything and wants to be part of whatever is going on, but once he's done with his adventures, he's perfectly happy to settle in for some love and attention.<br/>Friday is neutered, up to date on vaccines and ready to head home. Bellwether Harbor's Adoption Policy

Bellwether Harbor does not do same day adoptions. Please keep in mind multiple visits to the shelter may be required. This number is determined various factors including the potential adopter’s experience and the training level/potential behavior issues of the animal. If you are interested in adopting a dog or cat, please fill out an application on the shelter website. After the application has been received, the Adoption Coordinator will conduct a landlord check and vet check (where applicable). If approved, applicants are contacted for a phone interview, after which an appointment may be set up to meet the animal. Please note: Applying for an animal does not guarantee adoption of said animal. Adoptions are approved based on a variety of factors. We do our best to match animals with the best homes, not the first homes. It is possible that adoption of a specific animal will be denied even if the application is approved.
