Fren and Gnocchi's Story

My family has made the heartbreaking decision to look into rehoming our bonded pair of sister cats, Gnocchi & Fern.

Gnocchi (calico) and Fern (grey) are both 5 years old from the same litter, spayed, up to date on all vaccines and shots. They are litter box trained and name trained. They have very playful and snuggly personalities, and are hilarious, affectionate, and aren't afraid to talk (meow) to anyone they meet!

They are so sweet, snuggly, and very playful, and very much toy and treat motivated. They are litter box trained and name trained, and indoor cats ONLY. They would love to have your attention, and would appreciate older children and adults who understand cat boundaries. There are no behavioral issues, no fighting, no biting or scratching. They do run fast at night and are nosey and can jump on counters at night, but what cat doesn't.

They have never met a dog, but I imagine they would prefer a calmer, less chaotic home and their human's undivided attention. Unfortunately our older cat can no longer tolerate their more playful presence without having accidents and extreme anxiety and the stress on our family is too much. We have tried everything per our vet's and peer advice, ranging from slow reintroductions, treat introductions, anxiety meds, swapping beds & toys, all to no avail. Our older cat will stay with us at our house where we can manage her anxiety, and we firmly believe our two girls deserve a loving home where they can be confident, happy, and playful and not have to worry about disturbing our other cat.

We would be looking for a $200 rehoming fee total, and will provide one month's worth of their food, so that you can safely wean to a new choice of food if you need to. Their favorite treats and toys will be provided as well. We are located in Delhi in Cincinnati, OH. Please message me for any more details.
