Freezia's Story

Meet Freezia – A Gentle Soul Ready for Her Forever Home. Freezia’s story began with heartbreak—abandoned outside with her tiny babies, left to fend for herself. But this brave mama never gave up. She kept her little ones safe until help arrived. Her kittens have all found loving homes, and now it’s Freezia’s turn to be rescued—for good.<br/>This stunning calico girl is a quiet beauty with a heart full of love. She’s a little shy at first, but once she feels safe, her sweet personality shines through. Soft head bumps, slow blinks, and gentle purrs are her way of saying, "Thank you for being kind." Freezia is the kind of companion who will blossom in a calm, patient home where she can finally feel secure. Whether curled up by a sunny window or lounging by your side, she’s content just being near someone who cares. Do you have room in your heart—and your home—for a gentle soul like Freezia? She’s been through so much and deserves the quiet joy of a forever family.

Adopting a pet at Foothills Animal Rescue is a simple process, and we have a dedicated staff of Adoption Counselors to help you through the procedure. How to adopt at FAR:  Currently under Covid 19 protocols You can view our pets online and make an appointment to meet them. Get to know our pets. Enjoy our meet and greet room where you can spend individual time to play, pet or just sit with them. Converse with our adoption counselors about our pets, our adoption process and what to expect during the first few days.  Some of our pets may need a family or dog introduction before able to adopt based on specific observations made at the sheer environment. Once you've decided to adopt, our pets are able to go home usually that same day. They are already neutered/spayed, vaccinated and microchipped.  Enjoy your lifetime of unconditional love.
