Fred Gwynne's Story

Fred Gwynne is a family favorite in his foster home. Fred a funny, quirky, sociable guy who always likes to be where the action is. He greets visitors at the door, sits on the couch during tv time and lounges on the bed while laundry is folded. We were told that Fred was dying because he has an inoperable tumor on his chin, but ten months later, Fred shows no sign of dying. He shows no sign of being sick at all. He hasn't lost an ounce, in fact he's gained weight and he's got a huge appetite. He's playful and energetic. So our best guess is that the tumor is benign and the worst it's doing to Fred is making him look funny. Fred gets along with calm dogs. He does ok with other cats but can be a bit of a food bully did we mention that he's got a huge appetite? Fred is also FIV positive. Do you have room in your heart and home for Fred Gwynne? Please contact us to set up a meeting and discuss what his needs are.

If you'd like to meet this cat or think this cat would be a good match for your family, please complete our adoption questionnaire at http://www.trentoncats.org/adoption-questionnaire/ and let your references know someone will be contacting them soon. All our cats are neutered, up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, dewormed and flea-treated, tested for FIV/FeLV, and microchipped prior to adoption. Thanks for opting to adopt!
