He is nice boy who is curious but needs help to gain his confidence. With a patient home and some encouragement, we know he will warm up to his people in time. <br/><br/>Franklin is neutered, micro-chipped, and up to date on vaccines.<br/><br/>Adoption Fee: $175<br/><br/>If you have already submitted an application with us within the last year, you do not need to do another one, please email adoptioncounselor@mrfrs.org if you are interested in adopting Franklin. We will take inquiries on a first come, first served basis via email.
