Have you ever seen a tiny human hiding in a cat suite? If you've seen Franklin then you definitely have! He does attempt speaking English but still can't quite get it; you'll notice by all the meowing. He does get confused when the humans pick him up, and dramatically yells, "put me down I'm actually a human!!" He likes the wand toy though his brain malfunctions when he watches it move. He's not sure how to 'get it' but he likes watching it. Franklin does purr for pets; he's a friendly boy.
