Frankie did it his at when he came into PURRS and took over our hearts in an instant with those beautiful blue eyes. (He isn't deaf!) He is a smudge cat, that little patch on his head is the only color on him. He is a sweetheart, loves to cuddle and is patiently waiting to go home with someone who will love and appreciate him. He really loves to play and jump, happy to chase a string or a mouse that zooms around the room.
