Frankie's Story

At the beginning of February, Frankie had a pretty big month. He came to us from the Mobile County Animal Shelter needing some serious care — he ended up having a tooth extracted and a pretty gnarly leg amputation at TC Vet.<br/><br/>Fast forward to now, and Frankie is absolutely thriving in his foster home. He’s healed up beautifully as a tripod and getting around like a champ. The only thing he’s still waiting on is for his fur to grow back!<br/><br/>Frankie is neutered and almost ready to start looking for his forever home. We estimate he’s around 4+ years old, but his exact age is a bit of a mystery.<br/><br/>What we do know about Frankie:<br/>• Cat friendly<br/>• Loves people<br/>• Extremely cuddly<br/>• Big fan of mealtime (this boy loves to eat… he’s a bit of a chonk)<br/>• Litter Robot approved<br/>• Fully embracing the indoor life — you’d never guess he once had to survive outside<br/><br/>Frankie is also FIV+, but that doesn’t slow him down one bit. Please fill out and submit an application on our website at www.mobilecatsociety.com. Once information is reviewed and approved, you will be notified by our adoption coordinator. Please feel free to browse our social media profiles to get an idea of how our organization works! Our organization is located in MOBILE, ALABAMA, if you are located out of state, we provide transport to you for a reasonable transport fee. All animals are transported safely with adequate kenneling, space, and care in accordance to the USDA guidelines for the duration of the trip.
