Beautiful Blue Eyes Frank, (as in Sinatra). Is a young curious cat. He is very friendly and likes to tell you all about his day. (this means he is quite vocal). He has had his vetting done and is ready for his forever home. He is terrified of dogs!! So he cannot go to a home where there is a dog.
