Frank, the longhaired version of a tabby, is a shy guy who will likely take some time to warm up to a new place and person. Here at PAL, he is happy hanging out by people but doesn't often like to be sought out for pets, etc. He's a sweet guy who will sometimes engage in playful activity if other cats are doing it and will indulge in the occasional treat.<br/><br/>This two year old fluffer gets along well with his kitty roommates and is a nice but reserved fellow. He might warm up to be a very personable cat in a different place or he might stay an independent soul.
