He's happiest following his people around, curling up nearby, and soaking up every bit of affection he can get.<br/><br/>Frank is still steadily gaining weight and continuing to recover from his time in the dumpster, and he's not quite ready to head home just yet. He is doing really well and making progress every day, and we anticipate he'll be ready for adoption in early to mid-June.
