Foster's Story
Meet Foster!

Foster came to CVAR in 2021 and went to our amazing prison program. Our program is sadly ending, and Foster found his way back to us to in January. Foster loved his handler! Will play with ping pong balls or anything tied to a string.
He doesn't really like to be carried, but will let you if you approach him with love.
He loves to have his back scratched.
Loves to cuddle when sleeping.
Loves to eat, sleep, and look out windows.
Is good with other cats and most people.
He would love to have a little man cave somewhere he can run off to and rest or when he gets scared.
He loves to sleep at the foot of your bed or couch.
He doesn't mind the tv, music, or fans!

Back at CVAR, Foster is a bit timid, but has slowly been getting used to the routine of things. He will occasionally bat at you if he doesn't hear or see you coming, but it is never aggressive. He is a staff favorite here, and at heart is truly just a big baby. As you can see from his handler's notes, once he is settled into a home with his person he is a happy and loving guy!

Foster is also diabetic. He gets a half unit of insulin in the morning and at night. He is really good about his shots though and is a real tropper!
