Fluffy 's Story

Fluffy (we call Pixie)

If you looked up the meaning of strong little fighter, a picture of Fluffy would pop up. This little peanut developed an upper respiratory infection and just couldn’t shake it for quite some time despite many vet visits. She didn’t let it hold her back, she wanted to thrive. From steam showers to ear, nose and syringe antibiotics I had to administer many times a day for almost a month and 1/2, she still was such a loving kitty. I thought she’d start to hate me, but she doesn’t have a mean bone in her body.

Now at 4 months, she is all better and finally getting bigger and bulking up. She’s ready to find her forever home. She has a sister, Pancake, who she adores and loves to play with. Shes a bit smaller than Pancake but she’s catching up. Pancake has helped her grow stronger and teach her the ropes since she was a little behind. They would be fabulous to keep together, but I think they would do fine on their own as well. I do think fluffy should have another pet friend in the house. She absolutely loves our dog and gives the most face rubs one could give in a day.

She’s so super friendly, will just let you hold her and pet her belly and she endures the 100’s of kisses she gets a day, like a champ! She’s a beautiful, sleek, pure black kitten who may look like your typical black cat, but no other cat can compare to her amount of sweetness and affectionate personality in such a tiny little body!

http://www.coldnosewarmheart.org/cat-application.html
@cnwhnj @coldnosewarmheartnj
