Fluffee (Siracha)'s Story

Fluffee (FKA Siracha at the Brevard County Shelter) ended up there when her owner went into assisted living and had to give her up. Fluffee came to us because whe was having a very difficult time in a shelter environment and was very depressed and angry. It took her a long time to come around to being the sweet girl she has finally become. Lesson learned - she does NOT like change and will need a patient person to adopt her - someone that understands cats and will give her the time and space she needs to acclimate to a new environment. She is good with other cats, and maybe with smaller, gentle dogs. After further evaluation, it's fairly evident that she was a single kitten in a quiet household, so, therefore, has Single Kitten Syndrome as she will "attack" her human, thinking she's being playful. She would NOT do well in a home with children.

She is about 4-1/2 years old, and up-to-date on vaccines, spayed, tested negative for feline AIDS and leukemia and microchipped.

If you have what it takes (patience and understanding) and are interested in adopting Fluffee, please send an email to RSLHaven@gmail.com.
