Meet Flory!<br/>I am an easy-going, friendly tri-color brown tabby born in August 2024 to a stray mom cat. Sometimes I roll over for tummy stroking. I purr on contact with my trusted person and like to sleep with her. I’ll hop into your lap and stay for short sessions of petting and brushing, then I prefer being near you or go exploring. When you come home I often watch for you at the window. I meet you at the door, rub around your legs, and follow you around the house. There are times I will reach up asking to be held and will rub against your face. I’m treat-motivated and am quiet until meal time when I tell you that you are going too slowly.<br/> <br/> I haven’t met dogs and I snuggle with my sister Faith. I haven’t met kids but if they are quiet, respectful, and gentle over age nine, I should be fine. I’m unsure around strangers, but after an hour, I hesitantly interact. I hope you have something high enough so I can watch wildlife out the window. I play by myself with cat toys and interactively with wand toys. I use a scratching post and have fine litterbox habits.<br/> <br/>This cat and others are available at Cat Tales Rescue. Cats have been vet checked, spayed/neutered, wormed, tested for FIV/FeLV, have distemper and rabies shots. Adoption fees are $200+tax, and for cats age 6+ the fee is $175+tax. Calicos and Siamese are $250+tx.
