Flick's Story

Flick came to Cause for Paws on 1/2/2026. He was 7 months at the time. He had an injury on his foot that we tried to treat with medication. He also had a broken bone on that foot. The wound was not responding to medication so the only other option was to remove the leg. While he only has 3 legs you would hardly know it! He is a lap cat and loves hanging around you when you are sitting on the couch. Flick is a very sweet cat. He has met other adult cats but hasn't found the right match. Flick likes to play rough and which does not go over very well with some of the other cats in the foster home. He has also been around a dog and seems to do o.k. He probably would do o.k. with a calm, well-behaved dog. Flick would do well as an only cat or in a home with a kitten. He has very little mobility issues. Flick has no problem jumping up on the couch or bed, using stairs or low scratching posts. He uses the litterbox without any issues. The only thing he does struggles with is high vertical cat towers without easy levels to when jumping down. There are no children in his foster home so we don't know how he will do with children. Flick is a energetic boy and would be a wonderful addition to a home where he can get a lot of attention.<br/>If you would like to meet Flick, please call our voicemail at 952-259-1483 and leave your name and telephone number or email us at cause4paws@hotmail.com His adoption fee is $225 (includes tax)
