Fiyero (M)-Sponsored's Story

Fiyero is a delightful 1 yr old youngster with a big personality and an even bigger heart. Fiyero is an outgoing, affectionate ‘baby boy’. He absolutely loves attention—head rubs, weaving around your feet, and curling up next to you are his specialties. He enjoys playtime when you initiate it but is overall a laid-back, easygoing companion. He is quite social and enjoys meeting new people, making him a great fit for a home that has lots of visitors. Fiyero has tested positive for the Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV), a virus that affects the immune system of cats, making them more susceptible to illness. Fiyero is currently healthy and thriving, proving that FeLV-positive cats can still live happy, love-filled lives. Fiyero will need a family willing to learn about FeLV and provide him with any future care he may need. In return, he will reward you with endless love, companionship, and gratitude for giving him a forever home where he can live happily ever after. Thanks to a generous sponsor, Fiyero’s adoption fee is covered. Fill out a no-obligation cat adoption application today at humaneloudoun.org/adopt/cat-adoption-application/

Humane Society of Loudoun County's Adoption Policy

We want to make sure each adoption is successful and that each animal is adopted into a family that is the right fit for everyone. All our animals are fully vetted and are spayed/neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. For our adoption process we will arrange a meet and greet between potential adopters and the animal after an application is submitted. We ask for 2 personal references, check to make sure current animals are vaccinated then we schedule a virtual interview, which is an interview to discuss how to integrate the new arrival into the household, food, equipment, etc. Our adoption fee for cats and kittens is $150. Our dog and puppy adoption fee is $300. Check out our upcoming events here: http://www.humaneloudoun.org/events1.aspx
