Fiorella's Story
Fiorella is a beautiful brown/grey, long-haired tabby that joined the Chance at Life family with her sister Serena, at the end of March 2024 from a municipal shelter at the approximate age of 4-5 months young. There were deemed unadoptable due to their temperament and lack of staff to work with them and were going to be put back outside in Cresskill, part of a TNR program. We felt they deserved a chance to be socialized in a foster home and hopefully find their furever families.

We did have to separate Fiorella and Serena as Fiorella was feeding off her sister's negative and aggressive demeanor, making it hard to work with her. Once separated, Fiorella started to make progress. She still is a "work in progress" but has come a long way. She enjoys toys, treats and being brushed as well as scratches under the chin. Her foster mom can kiss her on the face (all this she accepts while still hissing, lol)

Fiorella would do best in an adult-only home with someone who realizes she may never be a lap cat. She is fine with other cats and kittens.

Approximate DOB 11/03/23.

Up to date with vaccinations, spayed, microchipped and FIV/FeLV negative.

You must be at least 18 years of age to adopt. If you live in a parent or guardian's home, they must complete the application. An application does not guarantee an adoption. Our cats and kittens are not adopted on a first come, first served basis, but whom we feel would be the best fit for our cats and kittens.

If interested in adopting, please e-mail us at Chanceatliferescue@gmail.com or complete the application online from our chanceatlifecatrescue.com website or download the application from our chanceatlifecatrescue.com website.
