Fiona's Story

Status: Available
Gender: female, spayed
Approximate age: 2 years

Likes: being pet and being talked to

Dislikes: Strangers... at first...

Personality: Fiona was one of the shyest cats that we took in from her previous home. She consistently hid from us until one day, she decided to let us touch her... And she LOVED it. She loves giving head butts and is full of love. She will thrive in a quiet home - one with older kids/no kids because loud noises scare her. She does great with other cats but likely would be very fearful of dogs.

Background: Fiona was part of a massive intake from a home where the tenant was evicted. We were originally told there were only 12 cats but that number quickly climbed to over 20 after we started taking cats from the property. We are still actively trapping the shy cats. Fiona was one of the first cats we took in from the home.

Vetting done: spayed, rabies vaccine, full FVRCP series, combo test (neg), microchip, Rev+ and Pyrantel.

Concerns:
Medical: None
Behavioral: None

Location: Pawsitive Cat Cafe
115 East Ave, Rochester, NY 14604

Intake date: 6/21/26

Apply to adopt:
https://form.jotform.com/rightmeowrescue/adoption-application
