We’re pleased to announce that Kitty Cottage Sanctuary has received the 2025 KIA Pet Adoption Grant , allowing us to offer a reduced adoption fee of just $100 for all cats 1 year and older . Finn is a sweet and playful kitty. He can start out a little shy, and takes some time to feel comfortable. He’s great with other cats, but is very playful. He would love playful friend in the home. Would be good with respectful kids. The Kitty Cottage Sanctuary's Adoption Policy

We ask potential adopters to submit an interest form from our website. Then we reach out, via email, to inquire about their lifestyle and living situation. If they seem like they could provide a safe and healthy environment for a cat, they are invited to schedule an appointment to visit The Cottage. Once a cat is chosen and our staff feels that it is a good match for both, they can fill out the adoption form and bring their new family member home.
