He lived with his beloved owner, who was his constant companion, and is now looking for a new person to bond with following her passing.

Findley can be shy and may hide when someone first enters the home. However, with patience and time, he has become more comfortable around new people and will allow gentle petting once he feels safe. He prefers soft-spoken individuals and does best when he is allowed to approach people on his own terms.

Once Findley bonds with someone, he can be a very loving and affectionate companion. He enjoyed cuddling with his owner in bed and would often settle beside her neck or chest for quiet companionship. He also loves relaxing on a windowsill, where he can nap or watch the activity outside.

In the evenings, after eating and using his litter box, Findley enjoys a burst of playful energy. His favorite toys are small stuffed mice, which he prefers over balls, feathers, and other toys.

Findley is completely litter trained and is described as a very clean cat with no known health issues. He has been fed Purina Cat Chow Naturals and enjoys a small can of Fancy Feast each evening.

Findley will need a calm, patient home that understands he may take time to adjust. His new person should allow him to come out of his carrier and explore his surroundings without pressure or immediate interaction. Once he feels comfortable and chooses to give his attention, he has the potential to become a wonderful and devoted companion.
