Fight's Story

Fight

Some names carry deep meaning, and this little 5-month-old tabby wears hers with pride. Fight and her sister, Flight, came to Granny Rose Animal Shelter together back in June. Tragically, sweet Flight passed away from panleukopenia in August-but Fight lived up to her name. She fought with everything she had and beat the illness. Today, she's healthy, strong, and ready for her second chance.

Though Fight is safe now, her story still carries a note of sadness-she misses her sister and would love a new feline friend to grow up with. If you already have a cat at home or are thinking about adopting a pair, we encourage you to check out our other cats. We even have a buddy system special: adopt a pair and one adoption fee will be waived.

Fight is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and up to date on monthly preventatives-she's ready to begin her new life. And because she's been through so much already, her adoption fee is waived whether she's adopted alone or with a friend.

Apply today at grannyroseanimalshelter@gmail.com

This little fighter has already proven her strength. Now all she needs is a family to love her as fiercely as she fought to live.
