Figaro's Story

Figaro is a charming and energetic little boy. He is approximately 5 months old. He came to Cause for Paws from animal control with multiple health issues. Now that he is better, he has become an active and curious kitten. Figaro is very confident and wants to investigate everything. He is not afraid of the foster dog (the dog loves cats and wants to play with Fig) and can hold his own with him. Figaro likes and will sometimes cuddle with one of the adult foster cats. Nothing seems to faze him. He likes to play with his toys especially anything he can bat around. He hasn't been exposed to children in his foster home. Due to his curious and nosey nature, he cannot go to a home with children under 8 years old. Figaro will need another young cat or kitten in his new home or he will get into trouble. Cause For Paws Inc.'s Adoption Policy

The adoption fee for a Cause for Paws cat is $225. There is an adoption application that is completed and reviewed prior to the adoption. This application will ask for a veterinarian reference and we will check this reference prior to an adoption. The application gives us an opportunity to learn more about the potential adopter and whether or not the cat that they are interested in would be a good match. There is also an adoption contract that is completed at the time of the adoption. Because we are an all-volunteer organization, we typically will respond to an inquiry within 24 to 48 hours.
