Fig's Story

Fig is a gentle, soft-hearted kitten who’s still learning that the world is a safe and loving place. She may be shy at first, but once she feels comfortable, she’ll show you her sweet, affectionate side — slow blinks, soft purrs, and quiet companionship. This calm little girl loves cozy corners, soft blankets, and patient people who understand that trust takes time. Once she warms up, she’ll be your loyal little shadow — content just to be near you.

Fig is a 5-month-old mixed breed rescued from a high-intake shelter. This cat's adoption fee is $250 and includes vaccinations, microchip, spay, and FeLV/FIV test. We would love for you to meet this cat and see if she might be a good fit for your home.

The first step to adoption is completing an adoption application on our website at www.bounceanimalrescue.org. Pending approval, your application is valid for 1 year, and you will be eligible to request a hold on an individual animal. The hold does not require that you take the animal home, but ensures you get to meet and make an adoption decision prior to other applicants. Also pending approval, you will be able to acquire foster home contact information, so you inquire on personalities of specific animals.

Fig's adoption will be offered by private adoption appointment at Pet Supplies Plus (17205 S Golden Rd, Golden, CO 80401). Private adoption appointments are only offered to approved applicants for individual animals and need to be pre-scheduled directly with Bounce staff.

Please note, we do not have the ability to process adoption applications at Pet Supplies Plus, so please plan accordingly. If an application is submitted past 5pm on Monday-Thursday, it will begin review the following day. If submitted on Friday-Sunday, it will begin review on Monday. It takes approximately 1-2 business days for an application to be processed.

For additional questions regarding meeting this cat please contact us via text/email at 970.699.6772, or contact@bounceanimalrescue.org. We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to a high volume of inquiries, calls and voicemails regarding adoption will not be returned.

Thank you for choosing adoption!
