She can be quite cautious and shy at first, and will need a patient adopter who's happy to give her the time and space she needs to feel safe and confident in her new home. Once Fern starts to settle in, her affectionate side begins to shine. She enjoys being close to her humans and will often purr loudly when being gently pet, especially if chin scratches are involved (those are her absolute favourite).
