Fern's Story

Fern is a sweet, gentle cat looking for a calm and loving home. She thrives in quiet environments where she can feel safe and relaxed. Fern enjoys peaceful moments, cozy naps, and soft affection from her trusted humans. She would do best in a home with younger children, where her gentle nature can be respected. With patience and a serene setting, Fern will blossom into a devoted and comforting companion. When Fern's stress levels are increased, she may have a few accidents outside of her litter box. We recommend slow introductions to any new human friends and fur friends. If you are ready to open your heart and home to sweet Fern, please stop by today!

Cheyenne Animal Shelter's Adoption Policy
As Wyoming’s largest animal adoption agency, CAS has the widest selections of cats and dogs, rabbits, small mammals and more in Wyoming. Visit our shelter today, or visit Adoptable Cats, Adoptable Dogs or Working Cats to view pictures and profiles of all pets in need of homes! Visit our website to see available animals or visit the adoptable animals at the Cheyenne Animal Shelter. We have three large dog adoption rooms, “cat alley” and critter space. While visiting the Cheyenne Animal Shelter, a CAS adoption counselor will help you find the pet who is the best match for your family and lifestyle. Once you find your match, a Cheyenne Animal Shelter staff person will begin the adoption process, which often takes as little as an hour. Once you have reviewed all adoption paperwork, you’ll pay the adoption fee. Then, you’re ready to take home your new furry family member.
