Fern's Story

Fern was brought to the shelter after she was found as a pregnant stray. We placed her in a foster home where she gave birth to 5 kittens shortly after she settled in. She did a great job caring for her babies, but now she is ready to find a home! Fern is about 2-3 years old. She is such a sweet girl and absolutely loves people! Fern has learned how to give hugs to people and would probably make a great lap cat for her new family. She does not like being around other animals, but has more than enough love to give as a solo pet. Fern is hoping to find a family to love soon!
