Fern is a sweet, calm, and very affectionate cat, about 6 years old, who would make a wonderful companion. She spends much of her day relaxing on a soft blanket, but when she is awake she enjoys gentle playtime and cuddles. Fern is happy entertaining herself with toys, and she also appreciates interactive play and human company.<br/><br/>She loves sitting by the window watching squirrels and birds, but she is an indoor-only cat. Fern is very people-oriented and asks for affection by gently pressing her face into your hand. As she has become more comfortable, she has started grooming her person by licking as a sign of trust and affection. She is never demanding and respects your space if you need quiet time. During her spay procedure, a tumor was discovered on her side and successfully removed.
