Poor Felix arrived at the shelter covered in puncture wounds and lacerations, unfixed, and only about two years old. The shelter held him for a couple of weeks while he healed and was fixed before adopting him out, but less than a month later, he was returned. The adopter claimed Felix had bitten them.
