Felicity is a sweet girl ready for her forever home where she can truly blossom. She is gentle, curious, and playful, especially with other cats! When it comes to humans, she is still cautious, but will be waiting with excited mews for her breakfast/dinner. She enjoys head pets and being brushed as long as she's introduced slowly. There's no doubt that she'll open up to her people over time. In the meantime, she'll be watching what's going on around the house from afar, or taking a nap. <br/><br/>Felicity loves spending time in the cat tree and chirping at birds out the window. When it's time to play, she'll be chasing the feather toy alongside any other cats! She also has her favorite mouse toys, and likes to keep them near her food bowl or bring them around the house with her. She sleeps a lot during the day and enjoys quietly exploring at night. Nothing is cuter than when she pokes her curious little face around the corner! She is the sweetest, softest girl and will melt your heart.

Oakland TNR Coalition's Adoption Policy

Adopting a cat is a big responsibility and commitment, but it's also one of the biggest acts you can ever do for an animal in need. Each cat in our care has its own story and background. All are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, flea-treated, dewormed, microchipped, and FIV/FeLV negative (unless stated otherwise). Because of the time, care, and vetting put into each cat, our adoption fee is $110 for one cat over one year old or $200 for two, and $140 for one cat under one year old or $260 for two. Filling out this application does not guarantee that you will be approved for adoption. Due to the influx of applications, we may not be able to reply to all applicants. By filling out this application you agree that all information on this form is correct and to our adoption process which includes a home tour, a vet reference (personal reference if you do not have a vet), and landlord approval if you are a renter.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide proper vet care for feral, stray, homeless, and abandoned cats through the method of TNR, to socialize and rehabilitate rescued cats, to place rescued cats into forever homes, to educate and promote cat rescue, and to educate the public on the importance of the Trap, Neuter, Release program.
