Feisty's Story

Feisty is a female, black and white Tuxedo/Domestic Short Hair kitten. Her estimated date of birth is February 1, 2026. Don't let her name fool you, Feisty is actually a sweet girl with a big personality and a little bit of sass. When she's feeling nervous or unsure, she may greet you with a soft hiss to let you know she'd like a little extra time and patience. Its simply her way of communicating, and once she realizes she's safe, her gentle side begins to shine.

Feisty can be timid when meeting new people, but as she settles in and builds trust, she enjoys having her favorite humans nearby. While she may never be a dedicated lap cat, she's the perfect companion for someone who appreciates a cat who values personal space and companionship on her own terms.

One thing Feisty absolutely loves is other cats! She does wonderfully with feline friends and would thrive in a home with a kitty companion to help her feel comfortable and confident. She also does well with respectful dogs who understand boundaries and give her space. Because loud noises can make her uneasy, she would likely be happiest in a quieter home and may not be the best fit for young children.

Despite her dramatic hisses, Feisty has never been aggressive. She has never bitten or scratched her foster mom. It's truly all hiss and no bite! Once you get to know her, you'll discover a gentle, lovable cat who simply needs a little patience and understanding.

Feisty is ready to find a forever home that will appreciate her unique personality and allow her to blossom at her own pace. In return, shell reward you with quiet companionship and the satisfaction of earning the trust of a very special girl.

Feisty is fully vetted and has an adoption fee of $120. You can apply online for her at https://arftulsa.wufoo.com/forms/arf-cat-adoption-application/ PLEASE READ ALL REQUIREMENTS PRIOR TO APPLYING.

Note: ARF reserves the right to deny any application that is deemed unsuitable for the animal. Our Mission
For more than 25 years, ARF has been helping homeless pets of the Tulsa area find loving homes. We do this by rescuing homeless animals out of area shelters that were possibly in line for euthanasia, placing them in foster homes, providing their comprehensive veterinary care, and finding suitable adoptive homes.
