Fawn's Story

**This animal is behind the scenes and cannot be viewed during animal viewing hours.**

Meet Fawn, a curious little deer looking for her forever home!

Fawn came to us from another organization and is now ready to find a place of her own. Like a little fawn exploring a new forest, she can be cautious at first and will need some time to build trust with her people. Once her curiosity takes over, though, she's eager to check out her surroundings and see what's happening around her!

Fawn is very motivated by toys and loves having something fun to chase, pounce on, and investigate. She's also a bit of an explorer, and she's particularly interested in what might be on the other side of a door! Fawn is a door dasher, so her new family will need to be mindful when opening doors and make sure she doesn't take off on an unexpected adventure.

With patience, time, and plenty of opportunities to satisfy her curiosity, Fawn is sure to continue coming out of her shell. She may need some time before she completely trusts her new family, but her curious nature and love of play are wonderful glimpses of the personality waiting to shine through.

If you're ready to give this sweet girl the time she needs to feel safe and help her discover her confidence, Fawn may be the perfect addition to your family.
