Fancy is one of those wonderfully gentle cats who seems made for having a person of her own.<br/><br/>She came to Revelation Gardens with her mama, Reba, who was nursing six kittens at the time. As if that weren’t enough of a family affair, Fancy was pregnant too. Shortly after arriving, she gave birth to five kittens right here at Revelation Gardens—including Conway, who is still with us today.<br/><br/>With a name like Fancy, naturally her babies needed a country-music theme. And so began one of our more musical family trees.<br/><br/>Fancy has done the mama thing. She’s lived the group-rescue thing. Now, we’d really love for life to be about Fancy.<br/><br/>She’s a gentle, easygoing and affectionate girl who enjoys being brushed, cuddling with her person, watching birds and stretching out for long naps in a patch of sunshine. Her wonderfully soft coat makes petting her particularly hard to resist.<br/><br/>Although Fancy lives peacefully among the other cats at Revelation Gardens, the group environment isn’t where she is happiest. She would thrive in a quieter home where she can relax, have more individual attention and finally enjoy all the good things that come with having a home and person of her own.<br/><br/>Fancy may be a little shy when you first meet, but she warms up quickly. She’s healthy, spayed and up to date on vaccinations—and we think she’s more than ready for her next chapter.<br/><br/>Fancy has spent plenty of time being someone’s daughter, someone’s mama and part of the crowd. Maybe now it’s her turn to simply be someone’s girl.
