Falkor's Story

Falkor is a reserved but curious one year old neutered male who came to the shelter with a group of his siblings. Falkor is curious about people and he's gotten confident to the point where he will occasionally tolerate being pet, but he still generally prefers the company of other cats to people. He hangs around during feeding time and watches as we play with our other cats, but typically he sticks to his shelves where he can observe from afar. He's a gentle boy, though, and he wouldn't mind being around a dog. Falkor will require another cat in the home and would do best with a family willing to give him the space he needs to open up at his own pace.

For more information on Falcor, call AWS at 860-354-1350 email animalwelfare.socty@snet.net or visit our website aws-shelter.org for an application Adoption Fees for Senior cats (8yrs and up) is $50 Adult Cats $200 and Kittens under a year $250.
