FAIRY's Story
Fairy and Frostine! Sisters Fairy and Frostine came from a hoarding situation involving over 70+ cats! They were placed in a foster home for 3 weeks to decompress as being in the shelter is a very stressful place for them Fairy: Fairy is not used to one-on-one attention and love; she finds attention to be overwhelming at times. She needs someone who is patient and willing to give her the time to fully adjust to the attention a cat like her deserves. Over the past 3 weeks, she has shown improvement in her confidence. She loves to play with toys at night. Most importantly, she loves the companionship of her sister, Frostine. They cuddle at night and play chase throughout the house! Fairy does not enjoy handling. While still timid, there is lots of promise for her to blossom in the right home given how quickly she has in foster. It was also noted by the OCAS Clinic that Fairy had an amazing temperament, showing great improvement, during a regularly scheduled follow-up appointment after her first 2 weeks of foster. She allowed for handling from the vets with no issues!
